The app does not require an account, does not track your activity, and does not serve advertisements.Information We CollectInformation Stored on Your DeviceMuay Thai Forge stores a small amount of data locally on your device using standard platform storage (SharedPreferences). This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us or any third party. It includes:Disclaimer acknowledgement flag — a simple yes/no record that you have acknowledged the physical activity disclaimer, so the app does not show it again.Session counter — a single number tracking how many workout sessions you have completed. No dates, times, or workout details are recorded.No workout history, personal preferences, health data, or personally identifiable information is stored on your device or anywhere else.Information Sent to Our ServerWhen you tap "Forge My Workout," the app sends a request to our server containing only the workout parameters you selected: duration, experience level, intensity, equipment, and focus areas. These parameters contain no personally identifiable information. They are used solely to generate your workout session and are not stored, logged, or associated with any user identity.Audio FilesThe app downloads pre-recorded audio narration files to guide you through exercises. These files are cached temporarily on your device for playback performance. They are stored in your device's temporary cache directory and may be cleared by your operating system at any time. No personal data is transmitted during audio downloads.In-App PurchasesMuay Thai Forge offers optional donation tiers as consumable in-app purchases through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. These transactions are processed entirely by Apple or Google through their respective payment systems (Apple StoreKit and Google Play Billing). Muay Thai Forge does not collect, process, or store any payment information, billing details, or purchase history. All transaction data is handled according to Apple's and Google's respective privacy policies.Information We Do Not CollectMuay Thai Forge does not collect, store, or transmit any of the following: names, email addresses, or any personally identifiable information; user accounts, login credentials, or authentication tokens; location data or GPS information; health or fitness data beyond the session counter described above; workout history, session details, or exercise performance data; device identifiers, advertising IDs, or tracking tokens; contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or other device sensor data; analytics, usage patterns, or behavioural tracking data; crash reports, diagnostics, or device metadata; payment information, billing details, or purchase history; any data used for advertising, profiling, or remarketing purposes.Third-Party ServicesMuay Thai Forge uses the following third-party service:Apple App Store / Google Play Store: In-app purchase processing for optional donations. All payment handling is managed by Apple or Google. Muay Thai Forge does not receive or process any payment data.The app does not integrate with any advertising networks, analytics platforms, crash reporting services, social media SDKs, or other third-party tracking services.Data RetentionThe disclaimer flag and session counter remain on your device until you uninstall the app or clear the app's data through your device settings. We have no ability to access or delete this data remotely because it never leaves your device.Cached audio files are stored in your device's temporary directory and may be cleared automatically by your operating system.Children's PrivacyMuay Thai Forge does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). Because the app does not collect personal information from any user, no special provisions for children's data are required. However, the app involves physical exercise and users of all ages should consult a medical professional before beginning any training programme.Your RightsBecause Muay Thai Forge collects no personal data, most data-rights requests (access, deletion, portability) are not applicable.
